Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (support@weavecentralcharlotte.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If Weave Central verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Weave Central will then exchange or replace the item.
If Weave Central does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without an replacement of product. For store pick up orders please allow us 1-3 days to process and pack your order. Please wait for your order ready pickup email before heading to the salon. We are a working salon and will usually pack and prepare your order at the end of the day, after we finish with our clients for the day.
For same day delivery orders, please call us BEFORE placing your order so we can agree upon a delivery price based off of your location. Also to check to make sure we have the item in stock. Sometimes clients may want to come in and see and feel the hair before they purchase it, which sometimes may lead to an in-store purchase. If you place an order before we have time to update our system, the desired item may no longer be available for same day pickup/delivery. So please call (313) 425-1688 BEFORE placing your order especially if you are in a time crunch and need your product ASAP.
Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair with less than 24 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a one week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
