Service Description

A consultation will help you figure out which style works best for you. During the consultation a stylist will examine your hair texture, density, and the condition of your hair to determine if microlinks are a good fit for you. A consultation is a great service to book if you are unsure of what you want or don't know what you can get. This is not a service. You will still have to book an appointment for your actual service after your consultation. You must download Zoom prior to the consultation. Please be advised that we will only wait for you to enter the meeting for 10 minutes. If you have not entered the meeting 10 minutes after your appointment time, the meeting will be canceled, and you will not be refunded. Please be sure to show up with your hair washed and blown out. Please DO NOT have any products on your hair. DO NOT show up with braids or weave in your hair. Please be sure to enter the correct email address for your link.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $20 late fee. All appointments for 5:30PM forward will not have a grace period. For example, If you do not arrive on time and your appointment is at 6:10PM, your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. We all know how crazy traffic can get here in Charlotte, so please be sure to leave out on time to make your appointment time. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late. You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment as long as it's before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to edit your appointment to whenever you like. You'll be able to cancel your appointment here too. The system won't let you cancel it if your appointment is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box on the next page, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, please call the stylist, so they can edit your timeframe.
