No Braids! This sew in comes with a shampoo and flat iron prior to installation. You'll be able to pull your hair into a ponytail with this service. Two bundles are required for this service. Enjoy the freedom of getting to your scalp! You can shampoo your hair at home, you can swim with a braidless sew in, and not having braids cuts down the drying time. If your edges aren't where you want them to be yet, you are still able to get this service. If you have balding or thinning areas, depending on where they are, we may be able to cover them. All of your real hair will be out with this service. So if you are not comfortable dealing with your real hair, this is NOT the service for you. This service is ideal for anyone looking for maximum volume, coverage, and length. This service will last you four months. Your hair can be reused. There will be an extra $150 fee per extra bundle added in.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $20 late fee. All appointments for 5:30PM forward will not have a grace period. For example, If you do not arrive on time and your appointment is at 6:10PM, your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. We all know how crazy traffic can get here in Charlotte, so please be sure to leave out on time to make your appointment time. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late. You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment as long as it's before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to edit your appointment to whenever you like. You'll be able to cancel your appointment here too. The system won't let you cancel it if your appointment is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box on the next page, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, please call the stylist, so they can edit your timeframe.
