Service Description

A 360 wig is a wig that will allow you to wear your hair in a half up half down ponytail or you can clip your hair up off your neck. This type of wig will NOT give you a flat seamless ponytail. I will not style this type of wig all up into a ponytail because it won't lay flat because it has tracks in it. If you want a wig that can be pulled up into a smooth, flat ponytail you must select a full lace wig. There will be an extra $30 fee if you want this wig in the half up half down style. The lace will be glued around your hairline. You can also wear this wig down if you like. Please be sure when purchasing your wig to make sure that it is a free part. 360 wigs that have only a 1/2 inch of lace will limit your options. This service comes with a braid down, bald cap, knots bleached, plucking, install, and basic styling. If the hair on your lace is extremely thick, has a blunt hairline, or needs extensive plucking you will need to bring your hair in at least 2 days early. This will give us time to customize your unit for you. Although we do pluck every unit before a service, we may need extra time for extreme cases. If you are unsure please send a picture of your unit. Please be sure when purchasing your wig to make sure that the lace is not darker than your skin. It is better if the lace is lighter than your skin tone. You can also purchase a wig from us by clicking on the above link that says " click here for our wigs" The best lace to get that will melt in with your skin is HD lace, Transparent lace, or Swiss lace. The cheaper thicker lace is harder to blend in with your skin. Please note: If the hair on your lace is jet black or natural black the knots won't lift to the desired color. Natural brown will be a better option. A 360 wig will allow you to pull your hair into a loose ponytail. However, if you want to be able to pull your hair up into a flat seamless ponytail, it would be best if you booked the full lace wig, frontal ponytail, or 2 frontal ponytail. The 360 wigs have tracks in them and will not be able to lay as flat.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who are more than 15 mins late will need to reschedule. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $20 late fee. All appointments for 5:30PM forward will not have a grace period. For example, If you do not arrive on time and your appointment is at 6:10PM, your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded. We all know how crazy traffic can get here in Charlotte, so please be sure to leave out on time to make your appointment time. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late. You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment as long as it's before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to edit your appointment to whenever you like. You'll be able to cancel your appointment here too. The system won't let you cancel it if your appointment is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box on the next page, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, please call the stylist, so they can edit your timeframe.
